About the Author "A. V. Rajwade is a well-known risk management consultant, author, columnist and trainer. He has vast experience and expertise in the financial markets including two decades of working with the SBI in India and abroad and almost three decades of consulting many corporate organizations and banks. He has been a member of RBI’s Sodhani Committee on Foreign Exchange Markets in India and both the Committees on Capital Account Convertibility, and is also on the board of several public and private limited companies including Clearing Corporation of India, Thomas Cook, and Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Co. etc. Mr. Rajwade has been contributing a popular weekly column “World Money” (first published in The Economic Times and later in Business Standard) for the last three decades. He has taught at premier management schools, such as IIM Ahmedabad and S. P. Jain Institute of Management.
